No smoking allowed, all rooms have smoke detectors which will sound a smoke alarm and notify the host

No pets allowed, also please dont bring in any animals from the outside

Please don't eat or drink anything on the beds

Please respect the noise curfew after 22:00

Please take good care of the keys you are given, a lost key may incur a replacement fee

Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms they have booked

Please take out the trash after your leave

Any illegal activity or use of illegal supstances will lead to a permanent cancelation of your reservation and notification to the authorities
